The Maine State Rehabilitation Council (SRC-DVR) meets
bimonthly, typically on the second Monday of the month. Our meeting
schedule is available below. When the second Monday conflicts with a
holiday, the SRC meeting may be moved to a different
date.
Meeting times - All meetings are from 12:30pm to 3:00pm. All meetings are preceded by a pre-meeting from 12:30pm -1:00pm followed by the regular business meeting from 1:00pm - 3:00pm.
Note: By law, the Maine SRC has been divided into
two councils that monitor the services provided by both the Maine State
Division of Rehabilitation Services (SRC-DVR) and the Maine State Division
of the Blind and the Visually Impaired (SRC-DBVI). For more information
about the SRC-DBVI, please visit their website at NorthStarWorks:

Each year the SRC, in conjunction with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), holds public hearings in order to elicit input for the state plan concerning the development and delivery of Maine’s Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) services. The participation and input from others, especially individuals with disabilities in Maine, is essential for the development of quality programs and the effective delivery of services.
The SRC
also collects feedback from current and former VR clients, as well as
other interested parties, through public forums. Individuals may also
choose to contribute feedback on their experience using VR services
through the SRC’s online Consumer Satisfaction Survey.
Public hearing and forum dates will be added to this page as they are scheduled.
For those unable to travel to a hearing or forum, a conference phone number and code can be provided as an alternative way to attend and participate. For more information about dialing in, send email to info@mainesrc.org.
